No Guarantee: HB IT Solutions uses best efforts to identify and recover data but does not guarantee that full or partial data recovery is possible.
Risk of Loss: The client understands that media provided to us is already damaged; recovery efforts may result in further physical or logical damage.
Warranties: Opening a disk drive for internal work may void manufacturer warranties.
Abandonment Policy: Any media or hardware left with HB IT Solutions for over 30 days without communication will be considered abandoned and disposed of securely without further notice.
Liability: In no event shall HB IT Solutions be liable for any loss of data, loss of revenue, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the refund of service charges paid.
Web Design Specials: Promotional pricing does not include SEO, custom graphics, or content writing unless explicitly stated. A 50% deposit is required prior to work commencing.
Ownership: All work produced remains the property of HB IT Solutions until the balance is paid in full.
Product Specials: “While stocks last” applies to all hardware specials. We reserve the right to cancel a special at any time without notice.
Account Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.
Payment Verification: Data or hardware will only be released/dispatched after verification of full payment via EFT or cash.
Diagnostics: A diagnostic fee (starting at R 1,000.00) may be applicable for complex assessments.
You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to infringe upon our intellectual property rights; (c) to harass, abuse, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, or disability; (d) to upload viruses; or (e) to collect or track the personal information of others.
