I found Herman to be compassionate, helpful and extremely talented at what he does! 

I had a laptop that was not compatible with Windows 11 and had been advised that I would need to buy another laptop. However, I am extremely grateful that Herman was recommended to me before I went ahead with that advice. I ended up keeping my laptop that he reorganised wonderfully and that now performs so much faster.

I am a semi-computer literate 73-year-old and Herman was extremely patient with his explanations and guidance. He was even willing to spend a fair amount of time to help me with a Takealot issue that was preventing me from purchasing the items that were required for the job. And he did not charge me for that extra time, nor for a number of additional tasks and useful apps/programs.

The speed at which he works is phenomenal! I recommend him highly to anybody needing IT assistance!
